Honeysuckle Mint Drink
This drink excels in relieving flu (heat-type) and encourage swaeting to dissipate redundant heat in the body.
- 1 Cooking pot
- 1 Cup
- 15 gram Honeysuckle
- 6 gram Peppermint
- 5 gram Sugar (optional)
- Cook honeysuckle (dried) for about 10mins.
- Add in peppermint (dried) and cook for another 3 mins.
- Pour the drink into a cup without the honeysuckle and peppermint.
- If you find the drink too bitter, add in some sugar for taste.
Honeysuckle is a strong cooling herb that can help to dissipate heat in the body while peppermint can help the body to sweat and thus, reduce fever. Consume this drink while it is warm to help to sweat.
